How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery time within India is typically 3-5 working days, depending on your location.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders across India.

Do you deliver to all locations in India?

We deliver to most pin codes across India through trusted courier partners. If your location is not serviceable, our team will contact you after order placement.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely! Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. You can also track your order anytime here.

What happens if I’m not available at the time of delivery?

The courier will make up to 3 delivery attempts. If the package is undelivered, it will be returned to us. You can contact us to reschedule delivery.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD available on select pin codes).

Do you offer international shipping?

How do I cancel my order?

Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes! If you need a different size or design, you can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

Are returns free?

Return shipping is free if you receive a defective or wrong product. For size exchanges or other reasons, a small shipping fee may apply.

How do I initiate a return or exchange?

How long will it take to process my refund/exchange?

Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after we receive and inspect the returned product. Exchanges are shipped out within 2–4 working days of approval.
